The challenge
A personal brand often exists across many different places — social media, event appearances, professional work, photographs, media coverage and direct enquiries.
The goal was to create a digital home that could bring those elements together while still feeling distinctly like Ayanda.
Rather than beginning with a template, the project started with visual discovery: reviewing references, identifying the layouts and details she responded to, exploring colour and typography directions, and translating those preferences into one coherent digital experience.
What was built
A responsive eight-page platform designed around Ayanda's visual identity and the distinct audiences interacting with her work.
TV and media, brand collaborations, speaking and events, Crown Confidence, galleries and enquiries each have a clear place, while the overall experience still reads as one coherent brand.
Key features
Multi-pathway brand architecture
TV and media, speaking, brand collaborations and Crown Confidence are presented as distinct professional pathways inside one coherent platform.
Value Creates a more controlled and professional first impression.
Editorial storytelling
Large-format photography, considered typography, career highlights and long-form profile content create a distinctive experience rather than a generic portfolio.
Value Visitors understand the brand quickly, without needing prior context.
Portfolio, galleries and media kit
Visual work, career highlights and downloadable professional material are organised for brands, producers and event teams.
Value Makes it easier for potential collaborators, brands, media and other visitors to understand the breadth of the work.
Structured professional enquiries
The enquiry experience captures organisation, enquiry type, date, location, message and supporting files before the request reaches management.
Value Turns the website from a passive profile into a useful business touchpoint.
Responsive, performance-minded delivery
The image-led experience adapts across screen sizes while keeping navigation, calls to action and portfolio content usable.
Value The brand looks intentional wherever the link is opened.
What this gives the business
- Ownership of a dedicated digital home outside social-media platforms.
- More control over how the personal brand is presented.
- One destination that can be shared with potential collaborators and professional contacts.
- Easier discovery of the different parts of her work.
- Stronger, more consistent professional presentation.
- A platform that can keep growing as the personal brand expands.
Built through collaborative discovery
The visual direction was developed together with the client. Multiple website references, colour palettes, typography options, gallery approaches and layout ideas were reviewed before development.
The final experience combines the elements the client responded to into one cohesive design rather than reproducing a single reference website.
